Newly crowned Mr.
& Miss Chuka University were awarded 5k each as the prize money for winning
their titles.
First runners up
went home with 3k while 2nd runners up were given Ksh 2500.
Ericah Muthoni, a
model and 4th year Chuka University student however feels that the amount
was small and should be increased.
“I think the remuneration
and appreciation for models should be increased, that way many models will be
encouraged to participate” she said.
Ericah congratulated
the winners and reminded them to be aggressive in order to succeed in modeling.
“You have to go like you own it” she said
