Depression isn’t something new especially with university comrades. It is a normal body response to difficulties or upsets. Sometimes you may feel defeated, paralyzed, wounded, dejected, lost or broken.
When expectations are not met ones mood gets down. This has been a contributing factor of many cases of failure in campus.
Cases of comrades committing suicide in campus have drastically increased. Depression has been the number one reason why many students drop out of school or die of suicide. Family broke up because of failure to understand on how to deal and overcome depression.
This is as a result of severe depression which tells the victims better off dead. These feelings usually lasts for a few days but if you are experiencing severe depression it may take longer and make it hard to
cope with everyday life.
